Gabriel’s is owned and operated by Matthew and Jan Bundy who have been serving Douglas County and the greater Denver area for over twenty years. The husband and wife team lend an air of consistency to the dining experience at Gabriel’s. The Gabriel’s “family” extends through the entire staff of the restaurant. Tony Sanabria has been Gabriel’s executive chef since 1993. His mastery of the culinary arts has perpetuated Gabriel’s unique and outstanding four course entrees and delectable desserts.
